Clear objectives

Understanding the goal

The primary challenge was transforming company objectives into a seamless digital experience that felt effortless for users. To make that happen, I started by understanding both sides of the business goals and what users actually needed from the product.

Listening to the user

Through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, I gained insight into the people behind the screens, their frustrations, expectations, and habits. These insights helped shape user flows, scenarios, and the overall information architecture of the app.

Designing the experience

Using analytics and personas as a foundation, I mapped out journeys and interactions that made sense to real users, not just the business. I refined and adjusted designs as new insights came in, always grounding decisions in feedback from both users and stakeholders.

WIREFRAMES AND Prototype

From concept to impact

Applying Human-Centred Design principles, I created wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly told the product’s story. The impact spoke for itself — user satisfaction increased by 56%, and the app’s rating rose from 3.5 to 4.8 stars in the App Store. It was a clear reminder that thoughtful design creates real results.

The challenge

Creating a mobile app that will allow the user to purchase insurance for booked stays for their rented property. The app will also include a claims system, allowing users to submit claims for covered stays and view the progress of their claims. Designing for a demographic unfamiliar with tech and current design patterns. Working remote with other designers and creating a flexible design that worked for both iOS and Android since the application was developed

Insights and solution

Keeping the interaction as simple as possible while considering the potential constraints our end users might face. We have focused on the most essential interactions and minimal friction. Concentrated on making sure the ad stay flow is as quick and easy as it can be, and the insurance information is user-friendly and visual.

We developed a mobile app that reflected our primary user needs. Creating an easy access to the tasks they want to perform like adding property, add stays and start a claim​

Top achievements:

Drove a 56% increase in overall user satisfaction, elevating the app’s rating in the App Store from 3.5 to 4.8 stars.
