User experience
Creating the best possible user experience by talking to the users, understanding the risks, constraints and opportunities around all aspects of the project
Wireframes and mockups
Prepare UX high-fidelity wireframes and mockups that clearly illustrate how the product should look and function, present my designs to the teams and key stakeholders, and adjust them based on their feedback.
Personas
As part of my role as a UX designer at Assent, I have created detailed personas that are used in all Assent projects, and highlight the needs and flows of each project, including AAIM.
Collaboration
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented according to my specifications
Deliverables:
Some of the deliverables include personas, user journey mapping, information architecture, interaction specifications, wireframes, mockups and final designs.

The challenge:
Assent helps companies by providing transparency, traceability, and a real understanding of their supply chain data, enabling them to protect their brands, remove market access barriers, and reduce operational and financial risk.
The user experience needs to consider this and help add value to both the business and user goals, so the product can continue to be marketable and valuable. With hundreds of companies using Assent products, a critical element was missing for efficient communication.
User need: Users were unable to share documents with their peers or clients. Early on, email collaboration was very high, and users would often use it to communicate with their suppliers and clients. All data was recorded via Excel and paper, with no centralized location to access all the data needed to perform their job efficiently.
Business problem: A large number of existing and potential customers were requesting new features to facilitate better communication. Customers wanted to see data they can use to improve their supply chain activities effectively in a cost-efficient manner.
Insights and solutions
User and stakeholders interviews: interviewed various stakeholders within the company, including people from product management, sales, customer support and customer training. It provided a deeper understanding of the business problem from different perspectives. Conducted a series of interviews with some of our existing customers to get their views on the current portal, and how they share information, so that we can prioritize the right features.
As part of my role as a UX designer at Assent, I have created detailed personas that are utilized in all Assent projects, highlighting the needs and workflows of each project and portal.

We have updated the way users collect data from their suppliers, adding automated supplier engagement and logic-driven data validation to produce actionable analytics on information related to product compliance, corporate social responsibility, and vendor management, thereby optimizing the audit reporting and delivery process.
Adding supplier scoring to provide even further valid information to our customers. Suppliers can now upload their documents and be scored accordingly.
Improving dashboard functionality based on different personas’ needs and allowing further information on each module.
As a result of these improvements, our Customer Success teams recorded a 15% increase in overall customer satisfaction, reflecting the platform’s enhanced usability and clarity.
